CHARLIE is an OK service, they don't answer phone calls. I had two emergencies and they took days to fix AC and move apartments. They need a better service.

Expedia says it's a hotel, but it's not! I felt cheated! For a long stay it's not worth it because you don't get room service, that is, there's no towel change, cleaning or replacement of toiletries. And if you have a problem, you don't get face-to-face service, the building staff are completely unbiased and most of them are rude. I spent an entire (very hot) night without air conditioning and they gave me 48 hours to fix it, and they only moved me to a different room because I said I was going to cancel my 14-day stay. I recommend it , maybe, for one or two nights, but not longer than that.

The apartments were nice but unfortunately their listing on Expedia.com is messed up. Stayed several weeks but were forced to move because the listing and pics made me rebook the wrong room. Very disturbing that I couldn’t just stay where I was. They were not very nice about this either. I won’t be back.

This property forced us to change rooms insisting that despite me using the same link and photos on Expedia.com that they could not extend our stay. Had to pack up and move to another room. They need to fix their Expedia pages. It took nearly two hours on WhatsApp with them to get access to the new room to not be out on the street.

Muito bom, mas precisa melhorar na limpeza

Tudo otimo e maravilhoso mas a limpeza do quarto é péssima. E se voce quiser que alguem limpe, precisa pagar. Fora que nao tem pano de chão e o detergente que é o unico produto de limpeza que existe no quarto é diluído na agua.

A acomodação é bem equipada, chuveiro ok, limpa. Mas o ar condicionado não funciona. Um calor de 32 graus em SP, meu marido com prova pra fazer na parte da manhã e um calor infernal no quarto. Não dormimos absolutamente nada. Absolutamente desconfortável. Pior estadia que já tivemos em SP.

O prédio é novo e o apartamento, embora compacto, atendeu perfeitamente à nossa necessidade para uma hospedagem de 1 noite. As camas são confortáveis, com roupas de cama e toalhas novas e brancas, de ótima qualidade. O apartamento também conta com máquina lava e seca e ar-condicionado, o que foi um diferencial positivo. Como sugestão ao locatário, seria interessante disponibilizar itens básicos, como açúcar, sal, óleo, além de uma quantidade inicial de sabão para a máquina de lavar, para maior conveniência dos hóspedes. No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e recomendamos o local.

Bom custo benefício

O prédio é novo, possui bom custo benefício. Quando cheguei o edredon estava sujo mas foi trocado quando solicitei e a lâmpada do banheiro queimou depois de uns 2 dias da minha estadia mas foi resolvido rapidamente. Possui tudo que precisa sem luxo mas pelo preço está ótimo
