The studio is a great design, you cover all things needed. Loved the pool access. Really liked it but there was noise from above property- building work noise. Otherwise I would recommend.

The apartment building is modern and secure, with decent space and a hot shower with good water pressure. Lovely clean place, but lots of construction noise from a high-rise going up across the street, even on the weekend.

Localização excelente, confortável, o acesso é fácil também, com cadastro de biometria facial. Porém a limpeza precisa melhorar MUITO. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, cabelo no chão, uma cadeira quebrada, vassoura e materiais de limpeza expostos ao lado da geladeira

O problema foi a acustica do quarto e a obra que estava ocorrendo em algum, apartamento do predio, meu apartamento foi 1407 , fica de frente a rua joaquim Floriano , dava para ouvir tudop que ocorria na rua , muito ruim. Fiquei da outra vez em um apartamento de fundos e foi ótimo, pretendo hospedar novam,ente mas apenas se for em apartamentos de fundos
