Prédio/Apartamento muito novo (out/2025), chão estava BEM sujo, abre e fecha do chuveiro estragado. Muito barulho de avião por ser bem perto de Congonhas. Ruim comunicação com a empresa que faz a gestão das reservas. Ponto bom é localização e preço.
