Room was small and relatively clean, but modern, as was the building and facilities. Staff at the lobby had no idea how to fix the most basic check-in issues. When we requested more soap we were told it was a "courtesy" and that additional soap would not be provided.

The main complain I have about the apartment I stayed in is that it doesn't have hot water from the kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom sink faucet. The only place you can get hot water is in the shower.
