Eu adorei

Eu adorei. Peguei cama solteiro para duas pessoas, eu e minha mãe. O quarto era pequeno mas confortável. A vista era para outro prédio e tudo bem. Ótima localidade, em frente ao Mc donalds 24h e muito próximo ao shopping pátio paulista, dá para ir a pé. A única coisa que tive dificuldade foi em mexer com a Tv, mas não tentei muito rsrs Café da manhã muito bom também. Voltaria ao hotel novamente em uma próxima vista a São Paulo.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel. Muito acessível a tudo, perto do metrô e da Paulista. Sugiro acrescentar no café da manhã alguma raiz ou variedades como aipim, batata doce, banana da terra ou cuscuz.

Funcionários educados porém estrutura a desejar

Durante nossa estadia neste hotel, tivemos uma experiência com alguns pontos positivos, mas também com diversas limitações que comprometeram nosso conforto. Em primeiro lugar, o atendimento da equipe foi bastante cordial, e os funcionários se mostraram sempre educados e prestativos, o que é um ponto positivo importante. No entanto, o estacionamento do hotel apresentou um problema significativo. Embora o local seja anunciado como tendo estacionamento, a área é muito pequena e acomoda apenas 4 carros. Isso faz com que os demais veículos precisem ser estacionados em uma configuração onde um carro bloqueia o outro, o que pode gerar incômodo para os hóspedes. Além disso, um dos pontos mais frustrantes foi em relação ao ar-condicionado do quarto. Durante toda a nossa estadia, o aparelho não funcionou adequadamente e apenas ventilava ar. Solicitamos a resolução do problema três vezes e, embora a equipe tenha afirmado que verificou a situação, o ar-condicionado permaneceu sem funcionar corretamente. Isso resultou em noites desconfortáveis e calor excessivo. Portanto, embora a cordialidade da equipe seja digna de nota, a falta de infraestrutura adequada, como o estacionamento limitado e o problema persistente com o ar-condicionado, fez com que nossa estadia fosse menos satisfatória do que esperávamos. Esperamos que o hotel possa melhorar esses aspectos para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável aos futuros hóspedes.

Hotel simples com excelente atendimento

O hotel aparenta se bem simples por fora. Mas os quartos só bons,.novos, confortaveis. O café da manhã é muito bom. Mas o diferencial é mesmo o atendimento. São muito atenciosos. E a localização é boa, perto de metro, shopping.
