Essa é a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Pontos Positivos: Atenderam meu pedido para um banheiro espaçoso (obesa); quarto espaçoso, lençois e toalhas limpos, cama confortável, máquina de café no quarto, TV com variedade de canais, tinha amerintes e secador de cabelos no banheiro e frigobar abastecido. Café da manhã farto, variado e bem servido. Piscina e academia em funcionamento. Ponto Negativo: Luzes no quarto e banheiro fracas. Chuveiro era tipo uma ducha higiênica (box para cadeirante). Ponto Extremamente Negativo: Minha reserva era para o sábado, com pagamento no hotel, na sexta á noite o hotel tentou realizar a cobrança antecipada (o banco negou). Entrei em contato e o atendente Fábio informou que isso era um procedimento normal, tipo "um calção" para garantir que o hotel receberia a diária. Detalhe poderia realizar o checkin in até ás 22:00 do sábado, informação enviada noe mail recebido do hotel. Bem desagrádavel essa situação.

This is a perfect landing spot for visiting São Paulo, in a safe, central neighborhood with excellent options for dining nearby and most major sites within an hour’s walk (and if you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is not far and it’s easy to navigate by taxi or uber). The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing. Always helpful and kind.
