Nice budget hotel!

Definitely a budget hotel, but it met our needs very well! The breakfast was good, but their was no air conditioning in the room. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The wifi was very strong and fast! We were very happy there.

O ambiente é limpo e o hotel bem localizado para as minhas necessidades. Oferece quase tudo que promete, porém não contava que a pia estaria dentro do box. Meu quarto não tinha controles remotos para TV e o atendente da recepção não é um cara feliz no que faz. Na verdade tudo isso seria irrelevante... No entanto, apenas uma coisa descarta meu retorno. A segurança do estabelecimento. No segundo andar não há rota de fuga em caso de incêndio a não ser a escada que da acesso ao andar, configurando um verdadeiro alçapão. É impressionante como o corpo de bombeiros e a prefeitura autorizam um estabelecimento funcionar neste padrão. Desconheço as normas de segurança para uma aprovação deste tipo, o que me alarma mais, pois certamente se fosse um especialista talvez nem teria passado a minha noite lá. Na minha visão é um daqueles locais em que há uma tragédia anunciada, comuns em nosso país. Apesar do hotel parecer organizado, acidentes acontecem e às vezes a causa nem vem do estabelecimento, mas de um cliente que fuma no quarto, por exemplo. Porém é da responsabilidade do hotel zelar por todos.

Bem simples

O Hotel atende as necessidades básicas, é bem simples, a cama é dura, os lençóis gastos, as instalações ruins, o banheiro minúsculo. Dá pra ficar, se você não tiver nenhuma frescura, mas não tem conforto.

A localização é o que mais vale na estadia que tivemos, estando bem na Paulista a poucas quadras da estação Brigadeiro, dá pra se fazer de tudo sem ir muito longe, além de ter um shopping na esquina. Já as instalações deixaram um pouco a desejar, o tamanho do quarto é razoável, fomos em 03 amigos e a cama estava boa pra dormir, só o banheiro que era muuito pequeno e não podíamos ficar a vontade. O café da manhã estava bom com o necessário!!

Só se hóspede se for sua última opção.

O hotel tem uma escada enorme para subir logo na entrada, e não deixa isso claro em nenhum local. O quarto é muito velho. Parede sem tinta, suja, fiação solta, o ventilador de teto parece que vai voar a qualquer momento. Quarto extremamente barulhento. Parece que os ônibus e motos estão em cima da cama.

ótimo hotel

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Tive que alterar as datas de hospedagem e o Sr. Augusto do hotel ajeitou tudo. Ele foi maravilhoso; as tomadas não estavam funcionando, mas rapidamente o hotel solucionou. Recomendo o hotel.. Abriu um sesc cultural novinho na Avenida Paulista. a menos de uma quadra do hotel. muitos pontos turisticos próximos. Valeu!!
