Não utilizei as dependências de spa e academia, porém a área comum, lobby e bar estavam ótimos, com ótimo atendimento. Em relação ao café da manhã, percebi que no final de semana deixou a desejar, pois havia muita gente no hotel e nos pareceu que o staff não estava preparado para nos receber. Sempre faltou tudo, desde louças e até mesmo comida. No geral, ótimo hotel, recomendo.

I arrived 2 hours early and they didn’t allow me to check in unless I would pay R$400. I never had that problem before, if the room is ready why not just allow the costumer to check in? I do not appreciate the staff. Hotel was good. Room was good.

Well located and friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are in nees of maintenance, specifically the gym ans pool area. The internet connection is slow and unstable, overall a nice hotel with some areas for improvement.
