Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. Clean comfortable hotel on Paulista Ave. Great location, reasonable price for location. There have been comments about the rooms being cold and while they were a bit, when I asked the staff gave me a heavy blanket that took care of the issue completely.

Quite a grim and forbidding hotel; the entrance is rather gloomy (past a building site). The traffic noise from the Avenida Paulista is pretty loud. The area is mostly safe and walkable, however.
