Very close to shopping centres and transport. The breakfast was plentiful. Staff very pleasant. My room was cleaned to a good standard. The air conditioning kept my room pleasantly cool. Having a safe in the room was a plus.

Excellent facility, Outstanding staff!

I had a wonderful time at Intercity Hotel Tatuape. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating - I arrived a little early, and I checked out a little late because of my circumstances. At check-in, I requested a room on a higher floor and the front desk gentleman happily granted me. The facility is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The only small thing was that the cashier at the 1st floor restaurant charged me a small bowl of soup about USD11 on the first night dinner - perhaps it was a miscommunication because of the language barrier. I had attempted to explain to him that I was not hungry and I just needed something small. But, overall, I am very pleased with my stay and experience. I will definitely recommend the facility, and stay there on my next visit.

I really like my time in that hotel. Even if it was in a busy area, room were very silent. Not too far from GRU airport and have a great breakfast in a really good restaurant. Great size pool and a small gym. Great for a short businnes stay. I recommend and probably going to stay there again.
