Not recommended

It’s noisy 24/7 (main road + construction) and the room is really tiny. To enter the apartment, you have to register your face, but out of three people only one was recognized, which was very inconvenient. We were told we could leave our luggage before check-in, so we waited nearby, but they suddenly changed their mind and said we couldn’t. Just assume you won’t be able to leave your bags. If you’re reading this review, please think twice before booking.

Necessário deixar caução

Prédio seguro, localização boa e flat muito bom. Tudo limpinho e novinho. É necessário fazer um depósito caução que pode ser via pix ou cartão de crédito por paypal. Achei isso ruim, pois dá muito trabalho, uma vez que o pessoal do "meu anfitrião" só libera os dados para checkin depois do preenchimento de um formulário, mediante envio de documento e comprovação da caução.
