Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. O local não oferece condições mínimas de higiene, organização ou conforto. Ao chegar, fui informado de que o quarto não estava preparado e precisei escolher entre dois, sendo que um deles sequer tinha luz no corredor para acessar. Fiquei no quarto 209, que estava malcuidado e sujo. Não havia toalhas disponíveis. A propriedade informou que não tinha nenhuma limpa e me entregou um lençol como “substituto”. No dia seguinte, precisei pedir novamente. O ar-condicionado não funcionava, deixando o quarto abafado e desconfortável. A cortina cobria apenas metade da janela, então o sol entrava direto no rosto logo cedo, impossibilitando o descanso. A estrutura geral do quarto lembra mais um motel de baixíssima categoria do que uma hospedagem adequada. A situação era tão ruim que precisei sair e reservar outro hotel no mesmo dia, pois não havia condições de permanecer. Não consegui sequer tomar banho na chegada. O local é totalmente incompatível com o que se espera de uma acomodação anunciada em uma plataforma como o Hoteis.com. Infelizmente, não recomendo a ninguém.

Já me hospedei em outros hotéis da rede OYO e entendo que a proposta é oferecer uma hospedagem mais simples. No entanto, “simples” não pode ser sinônimo de sujo, malcuidado e assustador. O quarto não tinha nenhuma tomada disponível, havia vários fios elétricos expostos, interruptores sem funcionar, caixas de luz quebradas, controle do ar-condicionado inutilizável e o próprio interruptor do aparelho também não funcionava. Além disso, o banheiro estava em péssimas condições, com o vaso sanitário sem tampa.

Fiquei hospedado neste hotel onde não há a menor condição de ficar. Hotel sem estrutura nenhuma, sujo, com vazamento, fiação exposta. Um absurdo a rede OYO ter certificado esse hotel.

O conjunto por si não ajuda. As atendentes bem tranquilas e dentro da possibilidade atenderam a demanda. As instalações muito antiga, trocamos de quarto 3 vezes. Reservei 04 diarias, pois meu voo chegava as 08:00, visto que o check-in começa as 14:00, comprei para um dia antes, mesmo assim, chegamos e não tinha quarto compativel disponivel. Depois fomos colocaos em um onde não tinha porta no banheiro, a Tv não funcionava e ar não gelava. Por ultimo, fomos colocados no 219, quarto ate bom, mas as roupas de cama, travesseiros muito velhos. Alem de ter uma senhora de idade ficava tentado abrir a porta toda hora. Um cheiro horrivel de urina.

E hotel bastante modesto, recomendado para quem precisa de um local para pernoitar, tem uma boa localização para transportes no entorno tem poucas opções de alimentação mas atende, a limpeza é boa, o atendimento é bom funcionários atenciosos.

A hospedagem está em nome da minha mãe, mas eu, Célio, quem se hospedou. Apesar das diversas avaliações negativas sobre o local, acabei ficando por não haver reembolso. O quarto estava limpo, assim como banheiro e lençóis. Porém, houve uma situação que me deixou um tanto desconfortável, no 2 dia de diária, acordei com alguém mexendo na maçaneta da porta e tentando abrir a Janela do quarto. Em resumo, acabei mudando de hotel com a justificativa de que meu voo fora atencipado. O atendimento das meninas da recepção foi impecável e agradeço pela disponibilidade de um cabo carregador quando o meu quebrou.
