Great value

Great value for room and breakfast. Clean room. No bedbugs. I booked four nights and then extended for another three. Good breakfast buffet. I will book again when i return to sao paolo.there are homeless people in the neighborhood, but they didnt cause me trouble.

Economy hotel to stay

Day 1 didn't get the internet due to rain and resolved for 2nd day. Overall experience is average hotel to stay for one or two days. You can get everything around the hotel. Reception people are very weak in English but very helping. Pleased with their service. Decent pantry and breakfast.

Wifi in the room not working for 3 days

Neighborhood looks dodgy with many homeless/vagrants. Wifi was down for the entire 3 days. No attempt by the staff to restore it. Expect guests to accept it. Bed is comfortable but bathroom floor have cleaner hair. Noisy air-cond. Only do housekeeping when requested. More choices at breakfast even though they are almost the same for the 3 days.

Muito boa, gostei, funcionários receptivos, quartos aconchegantes, café da manhã divino. A única parte que nao gostei é referente a limpeza, pois passei alcool pra higienizar a instante e cadeira e ao passar o pano, peecebi que não limparam, pois saiu sujo.
