Boa localização, funcionários atenciosos, prédio bem conservado. O andar do quarto bem silencioso, porém com cheiro de cigarro. O quarto poderia ser mais bem cuidado, principalmente o banheiro, com mofo.

Boa estadia, nos atendeu bem durante os 3 dias em São Paulo. Localização boa, perto de restaurantes, mercados e padarias. O Flat está um pouco antigo, necessitando de reformas, pois os armários cheirava umidade, teto do banheiro mofado, limpeza mais ou menos e apesar de ser proibido fumar, o corredor apresentava um cheiro muito intenso de cigarro, que podíamos sentir no Flat. Para um período curto quebrou o galho, grato.

Ótimo apartamento! Limpo, organizado (única coisa que senti falta como estávamos em uma família de 4 pessoas só a uma 2 toalhas no banheiro, e custei achar as outras 2, pois são muitos armários!) A localização ganhou nosso coração! Fizemos muita coisa a pé, tem de tudo perto, supermercado, farmácia, bons restaurantes…

Localização muito boa. Quarto com boa estrutura. Unico ponto negativo foi um quarto vizinho fumante. O fedor de cigarro era impressionante .

Alguns problemas, cheiro de cigarro muito forte nos corredores, passam aspirador no corredor as 9 hs da manhã de domingo. apto precisando de uma boa reforma / modernização. Forte cheiro desagradável muito forte ao entrar e limpeza deixando a desejar. Recepção do hotel muito prestativa
