We arrived 20 minutes before the 3 pm check in time. We were checked in quickly and given room ‘keys’. However the room wasn’t cleaned or ready. We understood it was before check in time- but we should have been told the room wasn’t ready… before we brought our luggage to the room- and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in the unlocked room.

I booked six nights not once they showed up to clean our room or provide towels. Breakfast was ok, everyday was the same thing which gets boring after a few days. Need more selections as to breakfast and need to hire more housekeepers asap.

We love the hotel. We have stayed here before. This time we did get irritated because they vacuumed the hallway at 8:30 am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday morning. Awful.
