Fully Equipped Condo at Ocotal Beach next door to El Coco Beach. Close to everything (beach, fishing, dining) in a very nice and quiet centric location. 30 minutes from the Liberia - Daniel Oduber airport.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ocotal Beach (ranta). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This studio apartment felt very spacious and had everything we could have needed to be comfortable for our stay. The neighbors were very friendly and the community was quiet and so fun to explore. We enjoyed walking to the beach and relaxing in the pool in the evening. It was so lovely, and communicating with the property manager was so easy and clear, and we wanted for nothing while we were there. Thank you so much

Grounds were beautiful. Neighbors were very friendly. Made to feel at home by residents. Response time from host, Tanara, was excellent. The condo, while very affordable, was very small and in need of a facelift. Kitchen cabinets in terrible need of repair.

Sweet Dreams

This is a rating and review with an explanation. We are hoping you read why we rated this condo a 3 when it easily could be a 4 or 5. We rated it a 3 based on current value taking in consideration the unit's amenities as they were for us now. However, based on the promise of a kitchen upgrade, and with the right price, this unit will be a 4 or 5. If the rating could be based upon the host's responsiveness alone, the rating would be 5. In fact, our hosts were the most responsive we have encountered. Our experience shows that some hosts don't appreciate how crucial it is for travelers to have quick and responsible communications with the host. This is especially true if it's one's first time to that location, as it was for us. Our Kudos goes to Tanara for exceeding our expectations in this aspect. She not only answered in a timely fashion (usually within minutes), she graciously provided us with many ideas, things to see and do and contacts to make our stay more enjoyable. As you probably know, booking a rental for extended periods of time, such as two months or more will often come with a discount. Our host has retroactively provided us that discount even though we were there a little less than two months. Did we enjoy our stay? That's a definite yes. The "Sweet Dreams" condo complex is located near wonderful Ocotal Beach and is just 3-4kms from the well-known town of Coco Beach which sports all the shopping and necessities one could need, a lively night life and its famous beach. All this is encapsulated in a family oriented atmosphere. Costa Ricans are wonderful, friendly and happy people. The Sweet Dreams environment has a great family feel to it with many residents congregating every afternoon at the wonderful centrally located tri-pool facility. We enjoyed the condo complex, the people there, the local people and the access to swimming in the warm easy swells of in the protected bay forming Ocotal beach. The Ocotal Beach area is a great place to visit, relax and get acquainted with a wonderful country. This area is family-oriented, laid back and a great place to kick up and relax.
