This unit offers a peaceful retreat set back from the main pools, yet just steps away from top amenities including a lap pool, jacuzzi, poolside bar, and more. To make your vacation even better, this unit includes use of a 4-seater golf cart during your stay!

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests have private access to the condo and share the Pacifico grounds and amenities with other guests.

This condo has been updated throughout including an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit sits in the quieter area of the complex. The condo includes all the amenities of a home away from home - just pack your bags and enjoy a carefree vacation!

NOTE: The condo is on the second floor, accessed by stairs. There is no elevator available.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)


We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.
