Oxford-Sardis Lake Total Privacy ~ New House on a Large Beautifully Wooded Lot

This new house was begun in late 2016 and finished in Aprli 2017 and was designed for the vacationer who wants near luxury but with the comfort of home.

The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room keeps everyone together when they want. The bedrooms allow privacy at other times.

In addition there is a very large roofed porch with ceiling fans to sit and get away from it all Here you can rest, sleep, or enjoy a good drink.

The views down into the woods are totally restful.

All appliances are new along with a slightly over sized heat pump. The furnishings are contemporary.

Located about 50 miles south of Memphis, TN off US I-55. The house is about two (2) miles from Sardis Lake which is known for its fishing and water sports. In addition the house is about a 20 mile scenic drive from Oxford, the home of Ole Miss, The University of Mississippi.
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be close to Mallard Pointe Golf Course. Enjoy features like laundry facilities.
