Terrible experience

We have sta Ed in this location a few times before and the service and cleanliness were always very good. This time, the rates were higher than the ones quoted and reserved online with no explanation; the entry area and lobby were not clean; we arrived early and were told to come back at 4pm; we arrived at 5 to 4 and were told to come back again at 4. These folks did a great disservice to the ownership and I will never return to this hotel! STAY AWAY!!!!

Poor condition of room. Rather awkward layout. Dirty baseboards in bathroom make you question cleanliness of the entire place. Stained bedding & mattress speaks to condition. Only decaf coffee offered in room. Full tissue box set on top of empty tissue box. These indicate a “rush job” in cleaning of room. Definitely a lack of attention to detail. Hallway was loud-voices and slamming doors.
