Booked this room for one of the families in our program and her kids who arrived around 10pm. I had already paid for the room. They wanted a CC from her for incidentals. She only had debit which they refused. I called and they would not allow me to pay over the phone or send me an authorization form. I told them I was 12 hours away so I could not come in person and they said that was the only option so I said she will have to stay elsewhere then. They refuse to refund the room and told expedia that she was a "no show" because she was supposed to come back with a CC which we had made very clear she could not do because she does not own one and I am to far away.

Slow check in although looked like staff was overwhelmed. Seems like a lot of reservations were not there. They seemed pretty calm for the situation Seems petty but breakfast was only so so. $35 pet fee seems kind of high other places were $20 but I guess if you want to bring a pet you gotta pay the price
