This suite worked wonderfully for my daughter and I for our weekend in Saskatoon. It was clean and had everything we needed. That being said, it was in need of a little bit of TLC. Some of the general maintenance on the property was lacking. The closet doors in one of the bedrooms were broken, as well as a few other minor things throughout the property. With a minimal amount of "sprucing" this property would garner a perfect rating from me :) I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Host was awesome, checked in with us half way through our stay to ensure we didnt need anything and that everything was going well. Quiet location, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked dish wise. Close to many amenities!

Quaint

Overall the property was comfortable. It was bright, cool and inviting. It was not as clean as I am accustomed to. I was also told that there was lots of parking but that meant way down the street, not in front of the property. The only thing that I was missing was a box of kleenex.

This is a nice suite but has not been kept up properly. Sorry to say It was a little dirty. The sink, stove was and toaster were greasy. Floors had a lot of long black hair all over. The furniture is dirty and worn. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. Limited towels and no kitchen cloths and only one small hand towel. BUT for the price I put up with it and bought my own sanitizer, cloth and dish towel.

Met our needs & quiet neighbourhood

My sister and myself came for a brief two night stay at this property for a just a couple of nights. It was clean, however, t here appeared to be some larger stains that appeared to have been scrubbed from the loveseat and the chair recently and appered to still be damp. Overall, we had the basics of what we needed. One towel, one face cloth, 4 cups, 4 forks, 4 spoons, etc. There was a washer and dryer in the suite as well as a dishwasher which was very convienient. The beds were confortable and the it was nice to get two rooms for that price point.

We had a pleasant stay (three nights) in the suite. Quiet location from the busy area in the city, but close enough to shopping centres, restaurants and other facilities. The owner was very quick to answer my questions and kindly offered to provide rides if we didn’t have our own vehicle. To accommodate our schedule in Saskatoon on the check-out day, the owner kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm (the official check out time is 11am). Thanks for this kindness, we were able to come back to the suite for a hot lunch and a much needed rest for my family. Thank you very much Tosin and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Saskatoon in the future.

Comfortable 2 bedroom unit.

The neighborhood was relaxing...we were able to access the unit late at night without any difficulties. The hostess kept checking in with us to ensure we were enjoying our time. She was open to hearing suggestions to enhance the unit for the next guests she hosts...overall an enjoyable stay.

A nice basement suite

Fine place in a new neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Suite has adequate room, was very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. Very good value.
