The stay was a good stay overall. Check-in went smooth and the room was clean. The parking lot and exterior look rundown, but the inside is pretty nice. They do offer a very limited selection for breakfast. Do not expect any hot choices outside of toast, bagels, and whatever you might microwave.

There was an initial problem with the room - it said online it sleeps 3. It had one king bed. Please note: Do not go off on front desk staff. They are human beings who didnt creae the issue but have to deal with it. She helped us get into another double bed room about an hour later after we made peace with three of us in one bed, my teen daughter, mom, and dad, lol! The hotel was CLEAN. NO icky room smells, all vinyl floors, including hallway, no pot scent lingering everywhere like most hotels. The parking lot needs a whole repave and maybe some nice plants to spruce it up. Aesthetics matter. No hot breakfast but juice, coffee, cereal, etc. Overall, despite the outside looking pretty desolate, the rooms were clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was quiet, affordable, and convenient stay for a 2 day tournament.

Not really complaining but rather showing.

The place was very easy to find and get into. However, the room was tidy-looking up front, but the place needed a good dusting. The alarm clock and the wall behind it was dirty, and my girlfriend didn't want to touch it. I, however, sprained my back muscle and asked for a first-floor room so I wouldn't have to carry things upstairs. And they made it happen. (Thank You). The toilets are so close to the floor that I had to have help getting down and then back up. They must be very old ones because I haven't seen any this low in forever. The staff was very nice and polite. Could have more options for the free breakfast but what the heck it was offered free.

There is no elevator, no pool, the air conditioner didn't really work, the front desk people were very friendly and very helpful, but for me and my family we will not go back to that hotel.
