The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. And it was quiet. The only thing we found was, that the elevator was slow.

didnt appreciate the Wifi going off line... we arrived 25 minutes before 3pm.. desk girl said the room was not ready... siad it will take 10 minutes ... at 3pm she packed her bags and left.. the other girl said we had towait.. there was nobody in the hotel... i have never encountered that long wait at any time...plus my partner was oxygen and i need toset up his machine... first time withb Microtel ...just might be the last time.

The hotel was super quiet, which is what i look for in a traveler hotel. Staff were friendly, efficient. The room was great, but both hvac unit and the fridge were brutally loud, cycling on and off all night. I turned off the hvac, but couldn't escape the fridge noise. Unfortunately it rules out a future stay.

We have been driving across Canada and at this point our favorite place to stay. The property is clean and bright. The staff was outstanding and the check in and out was smooth. If we are ever back in Sault Ste Marie we will stay at Microtel Inn & Suites.
