Valet took over 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. Check-in was easy and staff was nice. The hotel room was in good condition, had breathing room, and had a balcony. We did find a few small hairs in the bathroom sink and shower, but overall cleanliness was good. The bar in the lobby had finger appetizers and burgers on offer. There was a quick grab area with a few sodas, water, and snacks available for purchase in the lobby as well. Checkout was easy and staff was nice. It is a cashless property so they couldn’t provide us change for valet tipping. Valet took less than 10 minutes upon leaving. Overall stay was good.

Hotel was nicely updated. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walkable to several attractions. If I had to complain about anything it would be the water pressure in the shower. But even that was not terrible. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel .. My room was clean , I was hoping to have city view but the view was a parking lot . Shower pressure average .. but location was t convenient to north historic landmarks . There was public parking which we used so that was nice.

Fantastic location with beautiful rooms, comfy beds, and great service. Do yourself a favor and just valet park. Price is right and the valets are expedient, helpful, and courteous. Walkable to just about everything you need downtown.
