The young woman tending the front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure. The room is even nicer than appeared on the website. I will definitely stay here when flying out to Savannah again.

A very nice woman checked me in. She apologized about the elevator being broken. She said she tried to call me to ask if I was ok with using the stairs but I didn’t pick up. I was flying in and my phone was in airplane mode and not accepting calls. I was only in Savannah for my granddaughter’s graduation and I wouldn’t let the stairs hold me back.

On the way to Florida my family and I stopped here for one night, first of all the elevator was not working so we had to carry out stuff to the second floor, then the fire alarm went off everyone pretty much came out of their rooms wondering what happened but we found out from people next door to us that it was a false alarm, hotel stuff never made un effort to give any explanation

The elevator don’ didn’t work had to walk to the third floor. My sister asked for a room on the first level due to medical issues and she was put on the third floor. They didn’t communicate the elevator was out until we got there or I would have changed hotels. The man at the front desk didn’t speak and not that he couldn’t he just didn’t and carried on with requests as if he was mute. And he was not. He was talking during a smoke break to someone. It was just rude. The room was hot and the towels were paper thin. The shower floor was dirty. I will never stay there again.

We have stayed here many times. The updates to the facility are very good. The has been down for a while and they should have expedited the repair since using the stairs was cumbersome with the luggage. The breakfast has never been that good unfortunately. Overall a good place to stay

Should have let me lnow rhat the elivator was broken. I have a pregnant wife who had to walk three flights of stairs to get to our room because the elivator was broken. That is unacceptable

Disappointed

So when I arrived, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED,that they told me they did not have bathtubs because when we booked the hotel, it said you have bathtubs , online. I also found out that the phones didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk at all, and a few other things were not working very well like the refrigerator wasn’t very cold and there was no freezer in the refrigerator. I will not be staying there again. The front desk people were very kind and I did appreciate that very much.

Pros: This hotel is very close to the airport and has some walkable food options. The staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was good. Checkout is easy and the shuttle to the airport was available. Room was clean and I liked the shower. Cons: Wasn't able to take the free shuttle to the hotel when I arrived because I couldnt reach anyone at the hotel. Pool and hot tub area had a funky smell due to water damage.
