We really hated not having any parking options other than to valet. We were in and out quite a bit and we tipped the valet each and every time very well because they did a great job. But there were no other options. I know you can’t do anything about this, but we had a room facing the side street off of the street and could still hear traffic, music, screaming, all night.

After checking into our room we discovered that our toilet was not working and had little water pressure in the sink and tub. Maintenance was called and tried to resolve the issue. Over 4 hours later we were told that they had to shut the water off to the hotel, call the contractors in, and it was going to still take another few hours to possible get it fixed. We asked the staff for a refund for our stay and was told the GM was going to look into it. We ended up checking out that night and have not heard from anyone from the hotel.

Nice hotel with some hiccups

😊. Good location, very walkable. About 5 minutes to Riverfront. Valet guys were friendly and responsive. Nice lobby and spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed. ☹️. Maid service, although very nice, had to be called to come clean our room after 3 days. ( checked in Thursday & room wasn’t cleaned until Sunday afternoon after calling twice. Room was on Bay St. which was very noisy.

water pipe burst so we could not shower or flush toilets, brush teeth etc. breakfast was awful. couldnt' get drinks, silverware, etc. not enough staff and so tables were a mess, they didn't bring drinks, silverware, or seat us. no water pressure in shower when water did come back on. toilet didn't flush properly.
