Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable! Staff was sooo nice!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect just across road from River road. Only things negative was that they left coffee in your room, but no coffee cups. There were no bars of soap by the bathroom sink.

1. Front office staff is remarkable! Theresa greeted us and was so friendly and just - nice! She honestly cared about accommodating us, and providing fantastic customer service. If she isn't a manager, she should be. 2. Rooms need updating, but beds are comfortable and linens were fresh. Shower had mild mildew and curtain was torn. 3. Bartender in the evening was awful. Dressed inappropriately and never smiled. Was eating popcorn and just brushed her fingers off before making drinks. 4. Hotel is dog friendly! With the exception of a few barks here and there, you wouldn't know the property was full of pups! And, dog people are very friendly! 5. Hotel is across the street from River Walk and extremely convenient to shoppes and restaurants.

Great rooms, and fantastic staff! Front desk goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and have all of your questions answered! The breakfast was also very good! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Hotel is perfectly located (less than 5 min walk to River walk). Staff was attentive and cordial. Breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juices and hot drinks). Room was clean, comfortable for the 4 of us. I’ll be back.
