Room was not cleaned until 630 the first day and not at all on the second day. Hotel needs to decide if the lobby is a hotel lobby or a bar. Evenings were noisy in the lobby with bar tender playing loud music. When asks to turn down the music bar tender acted put out. Second night bar tender opened the exterior doors and propped them open. This allowed traffic noise from the Main Street into the lobby. The bathroom in our room had water damage on door and walls due to poor fitting shower curtains. Reports the issue to front desk but curtain rod never was fixed. I will say the staff at the breakfast bar was very friendly. But did not have sugar free items for diabetic guest. Social hour drinks were very limited ,low cost light beers with only two options. Only one red or a Chardonnay offered Snacks offered were sparse without much variety.

The people staffing the place were fantastic. Always smiling and very helpful. The location was within easy walking distance to anything in town. It was located just across the street from Riverwalk so that was nice. The provided breakfast was standard and good. Parking was in a parking deck that used your phone to get in and out. This was set up by the staff. This was our second stay at this location and it was great both times. One note. If possible get a room in the interior as there is a bar about 100 feet off the back corner that can be noisy at night if you are in the old outside portion of the hotel. Our first stay was inside and this one was outside in the back. The partiers were loud at times until about 2am. That was only on Friday and Saturday night. Sunday night was quiet.

Comfy & Convenient Stay

Very nice stay at a centrally located property for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed, good shower. Our room had a kitchenette & plenty of space. A luggage rack or two would be very helpful as we had our suitcases on the 2 kitchenette chairs, rendering them unusable for sitting.
