The room never cooled down below 72 and the staff/ manager told me it was my fault the first night because we had the curtains open. The whole point of having a waterfront room with a view is the actual view. So after the first night we did not open the curtains…..but we did get to hear the street thug “music” until midnight. And the tp I think came from Lowe’s….the sandpaper section. I will not stay there again and I will make sure not to recommend it to anyone !!!

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. I do need to say to future patrons that rooms on the 4th floor, which is street level, are all within earshot of the lobby, which is very noisy up until after ten o’clock.

On night one, the valet called us at 11:00 pm and woke is up to verify what kind of car we had. The floors were dirty and looked like they have not been cleaned in weeks. We normally do not have issues with this hotel, but this time was different.

We stayed on the river and our room was so comfortable and spacious - high ceilings and really lovely vista of the river. Nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and historic sites.
