This newly appointed modernist home resides directly on the Bay and is just three blocks east of town, far enough to savor the quiet and tranquility yet only five minutes from shopping and nightlife. The house is also on a direct walk to the Ocean and its Bay views are spectacular!
The unit features nine foot sliding glass doors that open sixteen feet wide leading you from the living space to the sprawling Bayfront cedar deck, it is an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.The unit features nine foot sliding glass doors that open sixteen feet wide leading you from the living space to the sprawling Bayfront cedar deck, it is an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.

The entire unit is newly appointed with brand new furnishings including a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All bedrooms enjoy new furniture, dedicated air conditioning and heating units. And no need to share your bathroom with other guests, each bedroom comes with it's own ensuite bath.

Sit on the front deck if you're in a social mood and engage the passerbys, or lounge in the backyard for total property encourages you to embrace your whims.
