My room was dusty. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. If you’d like, I can provide a video. The bed was comfy but the air conditioner’s noise impaired the ability to sleep. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, French toast or a waffle. However, the waffle mix came after we ate breakfast. No yogurt available. I’ve stayed there before and was very disappointed this time

The eco-friendly vibe was okay but the fan/AC sounded like a deck of cards caught in a bicycle wheel, which is great for a midnight percussion concert, not so great for sleep. 🌿 Also, 4 guests apparently only deserve 3 towels. Next time, I’ll bring earplugs and my own towel. 😊

Nice hotel, rude breakfast lady.

This is a nice hotel to stay. Checkin was easy and staff was friendly. The room was large and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. The only negative was at breakfast in the morning. The staff member working in the breakfast area was rude. My husband hadn't used the waffle machine before and didn't understand why it was beeping. The staff member turned the machine over to start cooking the waffle and looked at my husband rudely not saying anything or explaining what to do with the machine.

I think the hotel had a lot of not visitors. Room smelled like dogs. We went to the grocery store and bought air-freshener for our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel in good area and friendly staff

Good size clean bedrooms but dated . Bathrooms dated but clean - only one sachet of shampoo and a bar of soap for three people . No tea - just coffee . No change given for laundry machines . Breakfast ok - but not much choice and again no hot water for tea- just an empty kettle. Ok as an overnight stop but improvements could be made.

The bed was comfortable would have liked extra pillows. The breakfast was lacking, would have liked to see more options, especially since I have a gluten allergy, my only options were scrambled eggs and yogurt. Otherwise our experience was very good.

Disappointed

I booked two rooms. The first room had no problems BUT the second room had bed bugs! Management never called my sister in law back on the day front desk was notified of the problem. Eventually she got a room change for the night. Upon checkout we were told the boss would call and she did. Offered a discount on next stay. Breakfast was mediocre- didn’t expect something great and expectations were met. Unfortunately the establishment has lost the business of brother in law and sister in law after ten years of patronage.
