Avoid

Got access to building but not the room, other helpful and established recidents tried but failed. The door would not open.Phone calls were made and promised return calls never happened. There was no duty of care shown by the ownership, surely there was a cleaner/caretaker close by who could have assisted. We were left in limbo. If, hypothetically we had gained access normally and found a major leak for example you can guarantee someone would have been round quickly. After about 1 hour we gave up rang again and told them we were seeking alternative accomodation. We eventually did at the 4th attempt at an inflated cost, no doubt they realised our desperation. Reclaiming our costs proved tiresome with no offer of compensation. The building and corridors looked excellent, can't comment on the room if you cant gain access. These type of places are great when functioning, but if theres a problem and the management dont have contingency plans in place and are unhelpful you are well and truely stuffed.

This Aparthotel was absolutely beautiful. It is located in downtown Scottsbluff, NE in an Historic business building. Our room, The Morton, had a view of the Scottsbluff National Monument. We only wish we had booked a longer stay here. This is a unique property with only 6 rentals on site. We checked in online, and had easy key-less entry to our room. We melted into our bed and had the best sleep on our trip. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I loved staying in a place that I remember paying our electric bill in. I loved all the original decor and woodwork. I loved the size of our room and the beautiful style of modern and old decor together. Check in and check out was so easy. Location was awesome.

Great hotel in Scottsbluff

Very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean! Communication was great and check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but we found a great brewery across the street.

Such a cool place to stay! Gorgeous building. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Love the old doors and exposed bricks. Extremely quiet. We've stayed previously and this is our #1 choice while visiting the area. We'll be back!
