Welcome to our Launch Pad Glamping Tent - one of the six themed glamping tents that are all dog friendly. Set on 40 acres near gorgeous Lake Guntersville, Alabama! Our resort-style treehouses make the perfect destination for a quick getaway or staycation.

While residing at ReTreet you will have access to on-site activities such as Disc Golf, Hiking Paths, Corn Hole, a Dog Park, a Horseshoe Pit, common area Nordic Cycle Station with cedar soaking tub, sauna and cold plunge, a Putting Green, Tree Store, Charcoal Grills and Fire Pits with outdoor seating. Our vacation rentals come with a complimentary golf cart during your stay.

The Glamping Tents feature a single level space furnished with a king-sized bed, and queen-size sleeper sofa with top-of-the-line linens, Our kitchen is small yet mighty, equipped with many of the amenities you are accustomed to at home, including a dishwasher, mini fridge with a freezer, a Keurig, and more. Our full-sized bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels.Enjoy the back elevated deck with a private hot tub and privacy curtains.

Please note that ReTreet’s glamping tents are located off Highway 79, a major thoroughfare between Scottsboro and Guntersville. As our tents are made of canvas and are not insulated completely from sound, there is a possibility of hearing road noise during your stay. Weekday traffic may bring higher noise levels compared to weekends. While we do provide a noise machine, we encourage guests seeking the quietest possible experience to consider visiting during the weekend or booking one of our other accommodations.
Additionally in the fall, we do have acorns and nuts that fall onto the tin roofs that cover the tents. The sound can be surprising or keep you guessing on when the next one will fall.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the accommodation you reserve. Your unit comes with a personal golf cart which is allowed to move about on the paved roads on the premises only. The common areas you will have access to are as follows—

GOLF CARTS ARE TO REMAIN ON PAVED ROADS! BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU`RE AGREEING TO OUR GOLF CART USAGE & LIABILITY TERMS LISTED BELOW. - In exchange for the privilege of using this golf cart, you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence.
-You must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license to operate the golf cart, no minors are allowed to operate the golf cart.
-The golf cart must remain on ReTreet property, driven safely, and never be driven anywhere other than the golf cart path.
-Maximum of 2 people on the golf cart, passengers must be seated.
-Driving or riding in a golf cart can result in serious injury, property damage, or even death.
-You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from using the golf cart.
-You agree to pay for any damage to the cart and agree to accept the payment request if a payment request is sent by ReTreet for damages.
-Anyone seen abusing golf cart terms will forfeit all privileges immediately
-No speeding or reckless driving allowed.
-You voluntarily agree to accept the risk of using a golf cart and on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs hereby voluntarily release the aforementioned business, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, action, causes of action, suits, judgements and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and / or loss of service, in law or equity that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart.

Nestled in the forest, yet a short drive from Guntersville and Scottsboro, ReTreet is the ideal place to sign off for a couple of days or longer! This area is family friendly and has much to offer, from guided cave and river tours, to theaters, breweries, vineyards, waterfalls, museums, live music, shopping, zip lining, kayak rentals and MORE. North Alabama is sure to become a family favorite destination.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Pool Or Jacuzzi With No Fence: There is a cedar soaking tub at the Nordic Cycle Station located at Pine Point.

Climbing Or Play Structure: There is a swing set adjacent to the Dog park.

Surveillance: Parking lot has security cameras.

Lock Up: To lock the front door, touch the lock symbol on keypad until you hear the deadbolt activate

Throw Trash: Housekeeping will remove any garbage if you all or text 256-202-4248. If you need access to a dumpster, a large blue dumpster is located at the far end of main parking lot.

Checkout Tasks:
1.Start dishwasher, excluding pots & pans. We will take care of everything else!
2.Double-check you did not leave anything behind
3.Set temp Mar-Sept: 74°F Air conditioner
4..Set temp Oct-Feb 70°F Heat
5. Make sure lid is on hot tub and motor is on (switch inside on wall)
6..Log out of streaming devices and turn lights off
7.Text 256-202-4248 upon exit to notify us of which unit you vacated
8.Back your cart into its number location, leave key in ignition, and plug in charger, if applicable
Guest Capacity & Additional Fees:
The maximum capacity for your unit is 4 guests.
If your group exceeds this, there is a $25 fee per additional person per day.
Additional guests must be shuttled using the provided golf cart or by upgrading to a larger cart.

House Rules & Property Waiver:
All house rules are provided in the rental agreement sent to you before arrival and are also available in the guest book inside your unit.
By booking, you agree to e-sign the rental agreement, which outlines all rules and safety guidelines.
Non payment on due dates may result in cancellation without refund.

Golf Cart Usage, Safety & Liability Terms:
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Your reservation includes a 2-seater golf cart with a maximum capacity of 2 guests.
Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Keys must remain in the cart, and it must be parked at its assigned station when not in use.
The golf cart must remain on ReTreet property and can only be driven on designated paths.
You assume full responsibility for your own negligence while using the golf cart.
Unsafe behavior (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in the immediate forfeiture of cart privileges.
Use of the golf cart may result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.
By using the golf cart, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from cart use.
You are responsible for any damages and agree to cover repair costs if necessary.

Security Deposit & Responsibility:
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card on the day of arrival and released up to 7 days post departure, provided no property damages occur.
