Location matters and 533 Cobby Creek Lane is in the heart of the quiet enclave Tarpon Pond neighborhood only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, Seabrook Island Club, Golf, and the Beach Club.
The cottage offers an open first floor plan with a great room with vaulted ceiling, 65â flatscreen TV with Sonos soundbar, sunroom with spectacular views, a contemporary galley kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, surfaces, and amenities, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have king beds, flatscreen TVs with the master bedroom enjoying its own private and newly finished bath while bedroom 2 guests have access to the second fully remodeled full bath.
The second floor entails a spacious loft complete with 2 twin beds, each with matching trundles that expand sleeping capacity. Second floor guests have their own tastefully appointed full bath that also houses the brand-new washer/dryer. This is a unique space that guests with children rave about.
Other special living spaces guests enjoy include a nice deck overlooking Cobby Creek Lane and a patio space located on the ground level complete with an outdoor sectional couch with tranquil views of Tarpon Pond and Ocean Winds golf course.

A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels provided.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards are available ($50 day) and offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
Note: The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights.This property has a maximum of 2 vehicle passes that can issued.
CHECK IN: Sandpiper provides self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.
