The reverse floor plan enhances the captivating views, featuring an expansive living room, dining area, and a sunroom with large windows covering most of the upper floor’s walls, allowing natural light and the beauty of nature to fill the space. This level offers a comfortable setting to unwind and enjoy, complete with a large flat-screen TV for movie nights.

The fully stocked kitchen has been reimagined with a bright, airy feel, featuring crisp white cabinetry and enhanced sightlines of the marsh. A convenient pass-through opens to the dining area, while a perfectly positioned half bath adds to the home's effortless flow.

This Creekwatch Villa comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms located on the first floor of the townhome. The primary suite features a King bed and access to a furnished covered deck with sweeping marsh views! The private, full bathroom has a large dual vanity and a walk-in glass shower. The guest suite features a Queen and Twin bed with access to a private, full bathroom featuring a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo, plus an office desk with a bookshelf ideal for remote work. For your convenience, the rental also includes a washer and dryer.

The porch off the primary bedroom is our favorite place for morning coffee, listening to the oyster’s cluck, and viewing the wildlife meander through the creek.

Creekwatch Villas are located in a prime Seabrook Island waterside setting on Captain Sam’s Creek with a crabbing dock, community pool, and tranquil marine and birdlife. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Community pool for Creekwatch Villas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Bike to the beach. 1 Mile to Boardwalk #2

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small well-behaved dog; 35 lbs or less, is permitted at this property. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week.
