Originally built in the 1940s, this charming home has been fully remodeled inside, blending modern comforts with historic touches — from its marble countertops and tile floors to original hardwood, reclaimed tongue‑and‑groove boards, and the unique floor grate that inspired its name.
This 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath home features a full kitchen, formal dining area, laundry access, and a comfortable living room with a pull‑out couch. Outside, enjoy a fenced backyard with a spacious patio, grill, fire pit, fire table, and outdoor seating.

Guest Access
Guests have full use of the entire home, accessed via a smart lock on the back door. The backyard is easily reached from the driveway.
Other Things to Note
Well‑behaved, house‑trained pets are welcome for a small pet fee. A doggy door leads from the back door to the secure, fenced yard.
