One of main reasons why we booked here was the pool. Have stayed multiple times in past. At check in was told pool was closed for an hour while they updated chemicals. Pool remained closed with out of order until further notice sign. Was not able to do family swim at night thar was our tradition after day at beach

They only have one elevator, and it’s really slow. The breakfast was a disaster! The eggs were soggy, potatoes were still cold, and the sausage was stale and cold. My dog wouldn’t even eat anything! Disgusting!!

Breakfast wasn’t an option for me and my gf and two kids. Very short on the food supply, no alternative for lactose free. I tried to bring this to someone's attention and all was said a good truck delivery should be coming in soon. I was very disappointed. Not only the breakfast situation but also coming to the pool with my kids and having staff putting chemicals on the pool with my kids in side was not very safe. Definitely not somewhere I would want to come back or recommend.

We had originally planned to stay somewhere else. Upon checking in at the other hotel, we changed our minds because it was absolutely disgusting and horrible! We went in to the holiday inn express looking for a room last minute . The front desk lady was so sweet and quickly had options for us! Very impressed and will definitely stay again!!
