The management have to check visitors with pets into a separate level because their dogs were barking at night , we stated at room 413 on January 2nd 2026 and there was a couple with a Maltese breed dog that was barking almost till midnight. Not pleasant experience

We had a lovely 2 room King Suite overlooking the river with a balcony. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was yummy and the pool and game areas were obviously very well care for. They even gave our dog a welcome bag. We would stay here anytime. So nice.
