Really love this place, location is great, love the the view from the bedroom balcony, free breakfast and chowder in the evening are good and the rooms are nice. Only suggestions I have is to clean the hot tub and pool more and to increase the temp of the sauna. Those are some of the amenities that we look for when booking hotels and use them every day were on vacation. The hot tub needs a good scrubbing. You don't realize how dirty it looks until the bubbles stop. Yuck. Other than that the place really is fantastic.

While the location and the staff were great, these rooms need a deep clean and some maintenance for sure. Found half eaten candy at the edge of the bed. There were cobwebs in the corners and many areas just needed a good scrub brush. The carpet that comes up to the wall and up was falling off and there were too many holes in the wall paper to count.

This was a great location. The front staff were lovely. The pool area was perfect for the lids. The water was clean, however the pool/spa needed refinished. The room was clean but shabby, however I feel normal to the other localt hotels. We loved our stay.

Priperty claims to be a botique hotel with attention to detail but it missed the mark. It wasnt until after qe checked in thar we learned of their policy to not clean your room until the 3rd night and then on the third night staff could noy guarantee that our room would be cleaned. When the hotel wants to not provide daily freah towels they should also provode hooks so towels coyld be dried. There was not one towel hook for bath towels in the room. Additionally, the room is clearly cleaned minimally in between guests. The coffee maker was dusty and had expired creamer which shows that they do not focus on details. The pool was green and the spa was foaming and not because of jets.
