This hotel was an unexpected find! The price seemed to be a very good value for a hotel with a number of nice amenities, including breakfast (delicious and numerous options), a pool/jacuzzi/sauna area (they were quick to notify guests in advance of a repair to the jacuzzi and it was done earlier than expected), complimentary cookies in the afternoon and smoked salmon chowder in late afternoon. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, and had small balconies overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Every staff person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and made sure that my stay was comfortable and as pleasant as possible. All in all, this hotel was a 10 out of 10 for me!

We got a room with the spa and I was so surprised on how big the spa was. The staff were very very friendly. My reservations didn’t show on there end but was able to find it and get me to my room.

Great place, excellent location!

This hotel was a great find. It was so close to everything and was very cozy! If you are going to the convention center- this was the perfect place- within walking distance. Great bars and restaurants near by! bring your swim suit as there is a pool and jacuzzi and it is open late!

We’ve stayed at the hotel multiple times in the past, and minus the sheer curtains that let the blazing sun in at 5am it’s been fine. On a recent trip to visit after 5.5 hours our car broke down on the side of the highway in Washington and it was after all auto repair shops were closed for the night (plus a holiday weekend). I was distraught and crying and called the hotel and notified them of what had happened and they said they’d try to work with me on a cancellation but I had to go through Orbitz first. I immediately contacted Orbitz and they tried to contact the hotel manager for a week straight but she would never respond to them. My husband called back three times as well and she would never answer or respond. Really disappointing that after being a loyal customer that has stayed there 5+ times she wouldn’t even answer a phone call. Zero help with customer service from the manager. Will never stay there again because of this. We had an expensive car bill and a little help on a reduction in the hotel price for the night we never used would have gone a long way in customer trust.

We chose to stay here for a quick weekend getaway out of the convenience to all the tourist things. Upon entering the bathroom, we discovered the entire wood plank above the door was coated in mold and had clearly been there for some time. We brought this to the property’s attention and the only response we got was “thanks for telling us, I’ll pass it along”. I’m super disappointed in the cleanliness of this place for how much it was ($400 for one night) and the fact that we were offered no sort of resolution or compensation for the condition of the room. There was also coffee spilt all down the wall near the TV and in the microwave. The only nice thing was we were able to walk everywhere easily.
