Welcome to Tobey’s Treehouse Oasis. This home is perfect for families with small children and their pets; the backyard is a little oasis for everyone in your party. It is just two and a half blocks from the Prom and the beach. This home sleeps six, with a King in the Primary bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy Cozying up to the gas fireplace on a cool evening and playing cards around the dining room table. If you need to get some work done, there’s a desk in the primary bedroom. We look forward to hosting you here at Tobey’s Treehouse.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
