I loved the proximity to the beach. The room was spotless! The morning bagels and coffee was fresh and delicious. Also, the cable TV options were great. Thank you, we will be coming back soon!!! :)

Stayed at the Charlroy Motel for two nights and it was a nice quiet area, the rooms were very clean. The motel is located across the street from the boardwalk. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and a lot of great food suggestions that was walking distance from the beach. They also supplied us with free coffee and bagels every morning.

I was greeted by a nice and friendly staff, Stella. She made me feel at home after a long and late night trip. For the lady that I spoke to for my late check out, thank you for accommodating me over the phone. I left early to drive back to the airport and totally forgot to check out. For the two gentlemen (pictures on the wall)) thank you for your service! Great customer service!

The room was clean. Bed was good but the pillows were flat/old. There were two side table lamps, one was broken, the other had no outlet to plug into. Directv had lots of channels. Great location right on the beach

Balcony False Hopes

I did not get a room with a balcony like i paid for and was advertised when i booked on line. Not sure if this is Hotel.com fault or the Motel. I was told that the rooms do not opem till April and there was no water in the rooms with balcony. Also as wonderful and pleasant the front desk was she did not look and realized that my reservation had a balcony when i was checking in. I hadto go back down sttairs after bring all our belongings to the room we were given and let front desk know there was no balcony. As a smoker that was an important feature of the stay for me and my family. I had to walk down the stairs in the cold to smoke, No bueno! We did get a roon of the ocean view. Communication guys!
