This is a completely private, lower-level apartment in a classic Seattle duplex. The entrance is yours and yours alone, with keypad access and full separation from the upstairs unit.

Other things to note
Before You Book
This is a basement-style apartment with some lower ceilings. It's bright, cozy, and quiet — but taller guests should be aware.

The kitchenette does not have a stove or burners. It is equipped with a minifridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Water is accessed from the bathroom tap or from the provided bottled water.

Light noises from the unit above can be heard but guests so far haven’t commented on it.

If you decide to bring a pet please note that the yard is mostly fenced but that pets should be kept on a leash when outside. Please do not allow pets on the beds or couches out of respect for the next guests.
