As a first time visitor in Seattle, I loved staying here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had great views of the ferries/ocean. You use an iPad to control the tv, lights, day curtains, day curtains, and get some info about the area around you. The only negative thing was the lack of parking. There is no on site parking and everywhere nearby costs to park, a lot of times with time limits. If you stay here, DO NOT rent a car. It's with in walking distance of most everything you might need; restaurants, shopping, Pikes Place market. Plus with all the rentable electric scooters/electric bikes you can get around pretty quick for way cheaper.

Everything was really nice. The only exception being the iPad being cracked and broken and would not connect to be able screen share like it was mentioned it could. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect and made things very walkable

This boutique hotel has clearly been designed from top to bottom with style in mind. I loved all the books and modern feel of the lobby. The young staff was very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast was very yummy. The room was small, but had everything you need. The view from our room was excellent. And a quaint sense of humor was tucked into the corners!

Electronic features didn’t work, front desk would say they semt people up for extra towels and no one ever arrived. We had 3 rooms and tried to get them next to eachother but no one could help with that so everyone was on different floors. No ice makers & no fridge/microwave.
