Cute. But not well thought out.

I call it "not polished " cute, but not well thought out. No tv guide, not many tv choices, lighting controls not well setup. Door unlocks need room number on them. Hard to use and or no direction.

The hotel is very cute, we had a great view to the harbor and I loved the set-up of it. Bed super comfy. Check-in easy. Great location. I loved the lights/mood feature. However, the first night we arrived the TV kept turning into the welcome message throughout the night no matter go we turned it off. Called first thing in the morning, not fixed, called again mid-day still not fixed, called again at night and it couldn’t be fixed they did offer to transfer rooms but it was so late, we were exhausted especially after not sleeping well the night before due to their message malfunctioning. We finally moved the TV from the mount and unplugged it. I wish they would have fixed that quickly, would have made for a better and more restful experience. Make sure to check technology is working well when you first check in.
