Service great. Bones of the hotel old.

The staff was amazing. Very freindly, overall. While the rooms had been renovated, the tubs are the original and the tile is old. There was discoloring in the grout. Makes it look "dirty". The handle/lock on my door didn't work very well. It was all OK, just not the best.

We arrved at 2:10 with check in time at 3 and they were going to charge us, so we waited in the lobby. One of the desk staff was not friendly or helpful and seemed irritated that we used hotels to book the reservation. Otherwise the property was comfortable and well located.
