Welcome to your private retreat located in west Bothell, near Seattle and Bellevue!
Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this spacious guest suite with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds and 1 bath—located on the entire lower level of a private home. With a keyless entrance for your convenience, you’ll have complete privacy and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and the living room is furnished with a full-size pullout sofa bed, perfect for families or small groups. The modern bathroom includes a luxurious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher and dining area, makes meal prep a breeze. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace, or make use of the dedicated workspace conveniently located right next to it.
Additional amenities include a full washer/dryer, super fast 5GHz WiFi with 300+ Mbps speed, 50" smart TV with Roku and complimentary coffee, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress-free stay. For the cold winter months, the house is equipped with a robust central heating system as well as a gas fireplace in the living room to keep the place warm and cozy. During the summer, the suite stays naturally cooler since it is located on the lower level of the house, and hence providing all the comfort without the need for air conditioning.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll be just a short drive away (about 25 minutes) from downtown Seattle and Bellevue, and 10 minutes from downtown Bothell. Explore nearby shops, restaurants, bars, malls, outlet and local attractions with ease. The SEA airport is only 30 miles away, and PAE airport is just 10 miles from the property.

Guests have access to the entire private suite on the lower level of the house. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the entire fenced backyard.
This property is located on a cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. Please make sure to not block any driveway. Also, please do not park your vehicle on the property driveway as it blocks the garage.
Please note that the upper level of the house is a separate living space occupied by the host. If you need anything during your stay, we are just a message away!
