Tudorityylinen kotini on rakennettu 1930-luvulla ja siinä on paljon luonnetta, perinteisellä tiili ulkokuorella, kaarevilla Tudor-tyylisillä oviaukkoilla ja puulämmitteisella takalla. Moderni keittiö ja kaunis iso puinen ruokapöydässä, johon mahtuu 8, sekä puisella kannella hiiligrilli tekevät tästä viihtyisän tilan rentoutumiseen perheen tai viihdyttävien ystävien kanssa sisä- ja ulkotiloissa. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ovat yläkerrassa, toisessa parisänky ja toisessa kuningatar. Alakerrassa on ylimääräinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Olohuoneessa on myös päivä- / futton-vuode ylimääräiselle vieraalle. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja upeat näkymät laaksoon odottavat, kun varaat oleskelun tässä kauniissa kodissa Kentin kaupungin Mill Millin naapuruston yläosassa, WA.

Love this rental. Great outdoor deck to have a cup of coffee, watch the sender and watch the plane go by. Host is generous with extras left at the house. The home is clean and spacious.

House was very convenient to Seattle and Puyallup, where we had family gatherings. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, paper products and spices. The washers and dryers were very much appreciated and allowed us to refresh linens and towels, as well as our clothes The house and decor was a bit "tired" and could use some refreshing. We had a couple of issues and the owner responded quickly to our texts.

Cozy Kent house with a great view

House was well stocked and clean. We couldn’t really figure out how to adjust temp but didn’t really need it. Easy check in and great communication with the host.Trying to turn left on James street is crazy so we avoided that as best as we could. Good location and quiet neighborhood. Thank you

Lovely home!

Adorable house that was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful landscaping which I enjoyed studying. Kitchen and house are well-equipped and cared for. I think our entire family’s lives were changed by the massage chair - really helpful after taking the stairs down from the space needle! Hope to make this “our” place to stay whenever we are in town!

Cute cottage with great views

We enjoyed our stay in the historical cottage. The home was clean and there were access to a lot of amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom (spices, shampoos/conditioners). Host was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions quickly. We loved the view off the front patio. Given good weather, we were able to eat meals and relax on the patio, watch the planes land, etc. We would definitely like to rent again the next time we are in Kent.

Great house / great location!

We stayed in this home for a week for a general area vacation. It’s in a great central location to downtown / Mt. Rainier etc. Restaurants and shopping are close as well. The house is cute with a lot of charm. It was clean and well stocked, and the homeowner was very friendly and responsive. The massage chair is other worldly after a long day out! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home

The home was just as beautiful as posted. It is an older home with lots of charm and beautiful grounds. Lovely views of the city and mountains. Lots of privacy and easy drive into Seattle. We would definitely stay here again.

Smelled and not clean

Normally I don't leave a bad review but I had to for this one so it doesn't happen to anyone else.Online the pictures look great who ever took those pictures did a awesome job. But sadly once you get to the house is not in a good neighborhood to start with, when you walk up to the doors the cameras say a message "You are currently being recorded" every time you walk past it. When you walk inside it smells like a cat litter box or something of assorts. There was a dirty rolled up carpet in the driveway where you park, a random tire in the front yard, hair in the bathrooms floor/tub, the refrigerator was dirty. Just all a round not a good stay couldn't feel comfortable because of the house and the area. When we left she wanted to charge us more money which later we found out was for a dog fee that we did forget to add when we completed the registration for the stay when you go to pay for it"that was our bad and we did pay her" she was really rude about it especially when we told her about the cleanliness of the house which she then accused our dog of peeing on the rug which she didn't and complained about our dog shedding which she did do a little bit when we where there. When I looked for a house I looked for a pet friendly so if there is bhair, that is part of having dogs. Out of all of the houses we have stayed at this by far the worst one and am sad to even be writing about it.

Wonderful little house

The house was perfect size and amenities were great for a weekend get away. The massage chair was a major perk! Gotta get me one of those. Clean and well stocked kitchen and baths. Will def return if in the area.

A Gorgeous Gem of a Home

It's even more beautiful than the pictures, and more spacious than it looks in photos. We appreciated so many luxurious touches--the world's softest towels and sheets, ultra comfortable beds, sharp knives for cooking and a very well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved playing the games from the cabinet, and the views were truly beautiful.

Very cute, fun home

We enjoyed staying here, wonderful view of the valley and sunsets, Comfortable rooms. Only thing that was bothersome was the sugar ants in the kitchen. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.
