Ridiculous

Booked for 2 nights. Had a family emergency the first night and couldn’t make it. Tried to contact them. Embassy suites said I needed to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com said I needed to contact embassy suites themselves. Well they canceled the whole thing and wouldn’t give me any refund. I understand I missed out on the first night. But the second? Really? This is ridiculous

The other embassy that I have stayed out had more then one omelette cook, process for that at your location was slow and line was ridiculous long. Didn’t get the bang for the buck that I was hoping for. Probably won’t stay at this location again

Location- 20 minute drive to T Mobile Park. Convenient- mall nearby, a few restaurants near, swimming pool, free large breakfast, evening free snacks. Rooms easily fit a family of 4 with the living/bedroom setup. CONS: Getting older/a little run down, TVs often don’t work well, couch bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, pool is on the smaller side and often sports teams stay here so the noise level can get high and pool space isn’t enough when that happens.
