Average or even below average. Very old worn out poorly kept rooms. Has a motel vibe with smelly rooms due to old rustic carpet. Bathrooms are extremely small and dirty looking. Will not stay again. Couldn’t sleep on that bed all night either.

It is walkable distance to the attractions to Pike Place, Seattle Center like Space Needle took about 30 mins walk distance. Hotel is good value and basic. The bathroom is small and needs improvement in it layout.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was one of the worst 4 nights we’ve had in a long time. First, there was only 1 working elevator which according to other reviews, it hasn’t been fixed in a long time. So, you would have to wait a long time before you could go down the elevator. Second, the first room we got was super filthy. There were stains on the walls that I don’t even want to know what they were. The rooms are also super tiny and the pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. You can also hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and I mean EVERYTHING. I could hear when they would fart, laugh, snore, talk, get on tik tok. It was absolutely ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. If we had known this would have ruined our Seattle trip, we would have invested more money in a nice hotel for our stay. So, spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere nice!

Expedia had messed up my reservation and when I arrived there was no room under my name. Thankfully the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding, I ended up getting upgraded to the Executive Suite as it was the only room available and very much enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/toiletries were good quality.

Overall, I still stand by my 4/5 star rating. The check in process was a mess, the staff seemed lacking in general hospitality skills, and parking was less than ideal. One of the only two elevators was down, and staff neglected to put up a sign for this at the lobby level. That being said, this hotel is affordable, clean, and in a great location. If those are your priorities, you should be content.

Check in process via kiosk was terrible—hire some staff and provide some decent customer service. This is the hospitality industry. Building needs a remodel. Everything was old and gross, only one functional elevator.

Very easy access to the 5th Avenue Theater. Walkable from King Steet Station, about 20 minutes but easy. Close to waterfront and Pike Place Market. Restaurants are very good.
