The room was comfortable and spacious, and I slept wonderfully in the King bed. The location is great for getting around on foot in the Pike's Place area, and super easy to get to and from the Symphony light rail line. The room needs a little attention. The towel bar is separating from the wall.

Ok for an overnight.

This was part of a longer trip. The check in process was awkward, having to check in on a kiosk with the front desk personnel right there, felt very impractical and impersonal. There was no elevator access to the main floor so bags had to be carried up and downstairs. The bathroom was extremely small with absolutely no counter space, and the hair drier was stored in the closet which we weren’t told about, finding on accident. The price was good for the area and now we know why. We were not at the hotel basically to sleep so it met our needs but if you had to stay a couple of days it would be a challenge for most people.

I’ve stayed in worse, but…

Check-in is easy and quick. The room we stayed in had some issues that I assume the rest of the hotel room exhibit: lack of bathroom ventilation with mold issues, loose and broken fixtures, shoddy caulking repairs, old linens that need to be retired, etc. it’s really close to being a good place to stay, but currently is just okay. It is an excellent and convenient location for Seattle sights.

Perfect spot . Everything is within walking distance. The valet parking is affordable and a Great feature. I'd come back this hotel for future stays. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend
