Not a bad hotel, although I would say it was priced slightly high. And the gym, although nice, was being used by children 2 out of the 3 times I went to workout.

A Disappointing and Unsafe Experience

Avoid the Executive Hotel Pacific in Seattle My family and I stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific in Seattle from April 14th to April 16th, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply troubling. My daughter and her family had their room broken into, and personal belongings worth approximately $4,000 were stolen. Despite reporting the incident to the Seattle Police Department, the hotel refused to take any responsibility, citing limited liability policies. What’s even more concerning is that after researching further, I discovered that similar break-ins have happened at this hotel before—suggesting this might not be an isolated event. The lack of security measures and accountability makes this hotel an unsafe choice for guests. If you value security and customer service, I strongly urge you to stay elsewhere.

These guys lied to us, and we booked online then when we arrived, they pretended he didn’t have a dog, the whole reason we booked that hotel was because it was the price range and the check-in availability, and the fact that we could bring our dog These guys really screwed up our day, and then we had to fight to the nail just to get a refund. I’ll never use them again. They are completely the worst.

Manager was rude… AC stopped working the one night and she had nothing to tell us except it was an old building (which we completely understand) and then said she would follow up the next day to see if we could get our room switched. Never heard from her and then our room keys stopped working 3 times. Worked in the elevator, but not for our room and the same lady was rude and not apologetic about that scenario as well

This hotel is very close to everything if you like to go the harbor find seafoods restaurant, pike market, space needle, museums, public libraries, shops they are walkable 10 to 20 minutes. Our check in was really quick and the staff was very helpful and nice. The staff in the cafe are very friendly and they give us a discount every time we have our breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip and it was easy to get around the city from here and there were lots of good restaurants and sights within walking distance. The room was perfect for a weekend trip and was bigger than I expected, the bed was super comfortable and shower had excellent water pressure. The street was a bit noisy at times but the hotel provides earplugs in the room to try and tackle this (not always successfully). Overall I would stay here again and have recommended it to some friends travelling to Seattle.
