They assigned us a room that wasn’t clean upon arrival. We went back to the front desk and explained that we needed a new room. He was very apologetic and accommodating. No problems after that!

The property was clean and in a great location. The breakfast buffet had many selections and was very good. The king mattress in our room; however, was very uncomfortable and felt like it was stuffed with rags.

On the first day we needed to ask for room service. At 4 PM!!! Not the workers fault cuz they were working very hard, but the management team has the staff working to clean rooms for the new customers. Front desk was great as we had an early (9 am) check in. Room was ready!!! Great location for tourists travels.
