Overall a good stay and location for climate pledge and Seattle center. Main complaint is that the room could have been cleaner. There was a lot hair left on the bathroom shower wall that was pretty gross and would have been hard to miss. Made us question if the tub/shower was cleaned at all. Also, we were only allowed to have one washcloth, even after asking housekeeping for an extra, and we found this inconvenient and strange.

If you stay they charge you double and won’t refund your money. Send you to customer services and you can’t get through to anyone without a number that is impossible to find. So upsetting. Thanks for taking all my money and not refunding me or allowing any help.Never again will I do this.

Room cleaning every other day was ok - would have liked to have known at check in. At least refreshing towels would have been nice. Lots of homeless people in the adjacent lots. Not a hotel issue just a note if you are walking places
