We had a medical emergency in which we needed to call 911 and have my 79 year old husband transported to the hospital. I visited the front seat attendant at 1:30 a.m. not only was he not at all helpful, he didn’t show any empathy or care. Didn’t even know the name of Dr. Anne’s Hospital. Nor look for a printout on how to direct me to help. Upon return from the emergency room, nothing. When delivering key at checkout, never even looked up. The bellman took the key and was nice. Having retired from a hospitality field, this person should not be working behind the desk. He is your front face. I am not sure what was going on, but it was not right. The rest of your staff were amazing and kind throughout the stay.

Was all good till midnight when someone down the hall put something in the microwave that set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night when we had to get up at 5 AM to go to the airport.

We stayed here to be able to use the skywalk over to SeaTac and so happily paid a premium for the hotel thinking it’d be totally worth it. It wasn’t. Our room was down a poorly lit hall that i initially thought was a maintenance hall. Got into the room and it was a great size with 2 king beds. Low ceilings so felt kinda small despite its square feet. Badly in need of updating though. The bathroom was moldy, the towels/washclothes hung right above this old toilet that didn’t like to flush, there was no microwave. You could only use either the little fridge or the coffee maker, they couldn’t both be plugged in. So there was no cold fridge to put my son’s insulin in. There was a distinct lack of usb ports to charge, only a couple on the desk, none near the beds. The wood all needed to be re-stained too. All this you’d expect in a lower class hotel, but not a $300/night Hilton. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was $100/night. Especially since the sky bridge doesn’t open until 5 am so we didn’t even get to use it. We had to take the shuttle to the airport which, to their credit, run frequently and the driver was friendly, even at 4 am. Most of the staff were quite friendly and the lobby looked nice. But just too many icky things to book a return trip.

Me and my dear friend and I had a charming experience at the Hilton. Everyone at the hotel was so incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we would definitely return! Thank you to everyone there who made us feel so welcome and taken care of.

Hotel is close to airport, you can walk or there is a shuttle. Our room was also quiet as it faced the very nice courtyard the hotel has, with its beautiful garden. However, the buffet breakfast was expensive and not very good--best to avoid. We asked for a kettle to make tea (rather than using the coffee machine for this) and they could not supply one. No pad or pen in the room. Outlet for hair dryer in bathroom was not working though we could use the outlet/ mirror in the room itself. Overall, hotel was clean, quiet, well located for light rail, and adequate.
