Room was great and so was the staff with one exception. I travel with a service dog and the hostess at the restaurant was quite short with us. She seated us in the middle of the room where my dog had to lay in the aisle while servers were busy walking back and forth. I did request to be moved and finally was but it was very embarrassing.

The room was very spacious, clean and the TV was massive. The views were so lovely to enjoy Seattle from the 21st floor. There is a market on the 8th floor where there is a cafe, microwaves, and an office area. They even gave us a complimentary late check out which was very appreciated with a later flight. Thanks to the staff!
