Nice hotel but follow up service difficult

The Regency is located in an attractive area of the CBD. Room was functional but a key lamp could not be activated from the wall fixture. Had to be turned on manually. Shower controls were intuitive. I left a notebook mouse behind and found it very difficult to reach the front desk after departing the hotel. Finally connected after trying 4 different numbers. There should be at least an email to communicate requests to retrieve items.
